Service Description

This begins with a consultation in your home where together we will come up with a design brief for your space. We'll discuss your needs, we'll pay particular attention to your lifestyle, your use of the space and your budget. Lastly we will determine your preferred style, one that reflects both you, your tastes and your home. After the initial consultation, I will create a design file for your room. The design file will include:​​ * Floor plan drawing * Elevation drawings if required * Colour scheme * Vision board of new furniture, finishes & fittings (to help you visualise the overall finished look) * Full product list (includes both online items & recommendations of local suppliers) * Lighting plan * One set of revisions (if required) * 8 weeks post design support This will be presented to you at the final meeting in your home. Cost (includes initial consultation & presentation meeting): One Room €650 (incl. VAT) Open Plan Multi-Function Room €950 (incl. VAT) Kitchen Design €850 (incl. VAT) Open Plan Multi-Function Room including Kitchen €1250 (incl. VAT) This service is ideal if you are willing to take the project to the implementation stage yourself equipped with the design file I have provided. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a quotation for the turnkey service (see below) at this stage where I will take care of the project management and design installation based on the finalised design.
